Manager – Sales & Marketing (Easy bike and 3 wheeler Spare Parts & Agro Machinery)Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Manager – Sales & Marketing (Easy bike and 3 wheeler Spare Parts & Agro Machinery) to support our sales growth in the agricultural machinery and spare parts sector. The role involves building strong dealer networks, promoting products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets.Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify new clients and develop strong business relationships with dealers, workshops and retailers.Achieve monthly sales targets for spare parts.Conduct market visits, competitor analysis and prepare regular sales reports.Promote company products through field visits, digital communication and dealer engagement.Ensure proper display, pricing and branding of spare parts at dealer points.Provide after sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.Handle dealer queries, complaints and coordinate solutions with the service team.Participate in promotional activities, roadshows and mechanic engagement programs.Identify market gaps and recommend new opportunities.Assist management in planning new strategies and launching spare parts items.Maintain proper records, documents and confidentiality.
Education Requirements:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Master of Commerce (MCom)
- Master of Business Studies (MBS)
- Master of Professional Marketing (MPM)
Experience:
- 10 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Battery, Storage cell
