Phulbari is one of the prominent Upazila under the Dinajpur district of the northern part of Bangladesh. Children with disabilities are more vulnerable, especially CP (Cerebral Palsy) and children with multiple disabilities. Their miseries have known no bounds. Considering these situations, Association for the Disabled Development (ADD) has taken the initiatives at the community level services from 2012 at Phulbari Upazila. ADD also taken some significant steps which play a vital role in creating awareness among parents on disability issues, community home-based services for CP (Cerebral Palsy), and children with multiple disabilities. ADD is working with approximately 300 children to outstrip their barriers. At the beginning of 2016, ADD started center based services by observing the needs of children with disabilities.
Mission is Give for People
We provide the pre-schooling services within children with disabilities through our well experienced and skillful teachers. We are nursing them at the pre-school and after preparing them enroll in the mainstreaming education.

Children with disabilities are empowered enough through implementing community-based rehabilitation, promoting inclusion of children with disabilities, reducing all forms of discrimination, and improving their social and economic status with particular attention to women and children with disabilities.
